PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – The Lindsey Wilson men's golf team finished in third place at the Skyhawk Invitational on Tuesday afternoon at the Callaway Gardens Golf Club.

The Blue Raiders fired an 893 (303-294-296) across the three rounds of competition at the par-72, 7,057-yard design. Lindsey Wilson finished the first two rounds of competition on day one in third, holding that position across Tuesday's final round.

Callum Blinkhorn finished the tournament in second place after posting a 218 (74-73-71). Blinkhorn posted his best round of the tournament in his final round – a 1-under par score – as he managed three birdies and 13 pars.

Ruan Pretorius of host Point (Ga.) ran away with the individual title as he managed a 7-under par three-round total of 209 (67-74-68).

Callum Burns and Janik Hawlitzky both posted 225 strokes as Burns used a 78-74-73 and Hawlitzky used a 74-75-76 to finish tied for 12th place.

Etienne Rensburg finished in a tie 26th place with a 230 (77-72-81) as Quentin Malik tied for 72nd with a 249 (83-90-76). Jeremiah Hayes competed as an individual to place 74th 250 (83-89-78).

Point (Ga.) won the tournament with an 874 (296-296-282) as South Carolina Beaufort took second with an 888 (300-294-294).

Lindsey Wilson is back in action on March 12-13 at Robert Trent Jones Grand National Golf Club in Opelika, Alabama.
