The 11th-ranked Blue Raiders have not allowed the opposition to score a point in each of the last six matches.

Aleksa Ciric and Jan Silhavy grabbed the doubles point in their first-seeded match for Lindsey Wilson with a 6-3 victory over Joao Okano and Renato Gravina.

Tiago Almeida and Steven Espinoza were on the edge of winning their third-seeded match at 5-1 against Juan David Hernandez and Joao Andre when play was halted due to the Blue Raiders having already earned the point for doubles.

Torrealba got things going in singles play by taking the first point after an overwhelming 6-0, 6-0 win against Lee in the sixth-seeded match. Espinoza followed with a 6-0, 6-0 sweep of his own in his fourth-seeded match versus Andre.
