BEAVERCREEK, Ohio -- The Lindsey Wilson men's bowling team finished in 10th place out of 21 teams at the Orange and Black Classic over the weekend.
Dylan Stringer provided the Blue Raiders best finish at the tournament in 26th place with 982 total pins. He averaged 196.4 pins across his five games, bowling a high of 223 as he was able to break the 200 mark in two of his games.
The Blue Raiders totaled 7,499 pins across the two-day event that consisted of five team games and 16 baker style games. Lindsey Wilson compiled 4,622 pins during the team event and added 2,877 pins during the baker style scoring games.
Jason Womack finished 30th with 972 pins, Nick Blakey took 74th with 874 pins as Peyton Huskey took 99th with 739 pins while only playing four games. Brandon Pendley also competed in four game knocking down 716 pins. Tanner Goodman played two games where he scored 339 pins.
Host Pikeville (Ky.) won the tournament with 8,193 pins.
The Blue Raiders are back in action on Oct. 15-16 when they compete at the Columbia 300 Western Shootout.
