BEAVERCREEK, Ohio -- The Lindsey Wilson women's bowling team finished in 13th place out of 16 teams at the Orange and Black Classic over the weekend.
Jacqueline Oliphant provided the Blue Raiders best finish at the tournament in 22nd place with 863 total pins. She averaged 172.6 pins across her five games, bowling a high of 178.
The Blue Raiders totaled 6,311 pins across the two-day event that consisted of five team games and 16 baker style games. Lindsey Wilson compiled 3,788 pins during the team event and added 2,523 pins during the baker style scoring games.
Tara Manis finished 48th with 753 pins and was the final LWC bowler to compete in five games. Abby Oswald bowled four game for 582 pins with a high of 202. Chloe Tooley also managed four game where she knocked down 574 pins while Makayla Melson picked up 487 pins across her four games.
Maylee Price picked up 397 pins across her three games while Janna Plains recorded 132 during her lone contest.
Host Pikeville (Ky.) won the tournament with 7,238 pins.
The Blue Raiders are back in action on Oct. 15-16 when they compete at the Columbia 300 Western Shootout.
