COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team will continue a three-game road trip this week as they travel to Pikeville (Ky.) on Thursday. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.

The Blue Raiders (11-15, 4-14 MSC) enter the match after falling to Cumberland (Tenn.) in a tight encounter on Monday night. Junior guard Payton Cundiff led the team with a season-high 21 points in the victory going five of nine from beyond the arc.

Junior guard Elijah Jordan continues to lead the team in points per game averaging 13.8 while also shooting 53.6 percent from beyond the arc, the highest percentage from the three-point line in the conference and third-best in the NAIA.

Sophomore guard Mark Edmond continues to lead the team in rebounds per game averaging 7.7 so far this season ranking second in the conference. As a team, the Blue Raiders are averaging 72 points per game and are shooting 44.1 percent from the floor and 35.9 from the three-point line, the fifth-best in the conference.

As for the Bears (14-9, 7-8 MSC), they enter the match on a five-game losing streak after losing to Cumberlands (Ky.) on Monday. Both junior guard Kenyon Duling and sophomore guard Korbin Spencer led the team with 13 points in the loss.

Spencer leads the Bears this season in points as he is averaging 10.5 points per game while also leading the team in rebounds per game with 5.2.

As a team, the Bears are averaging 78 points per game, the fourth-highest in the conference, and are shooting 49.8 percent from the floor, the second-highest in the conference, and 33.7 percent from beyond the arc.

Tomorrow's meeting will be the second time these two programs have met this season. The Blue Raiders lost the previous meeting on January 24, 54-66 at home and haven't defeated the Bears in Pikeville since 2010.
