LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's bowling team closed the 2022-23 regular season on Sunday afternoon with an 18th-place finish in the Thomas N. Burris Memorial Tournament.
The Blue Raiders accumulated 7.003 total pins, which is a 167-pin improvement from Saturday's Lynne Jordan Memorial Tournament.
Jason Womack led the way for the locals with a tournament average of 218.8 to garner 22nd place overall. The sophomore posted a personal-high game of 238 in his first and fourth games.
Dylan Stringer and Peyton Huskey finished 65th and 70th, respectively. Both bowling narrowly missed out on plus-200 averages, turning in marks of 199.0 and 196.6.
Nick Blakey (148th), Brandon Pendley (163rd), Patrick Walker (175th), and Andrew O'Dell (178th) rounded out the placers for Lindsey Wilson.
The Blue Raiders now turn their attention to the 2023 Mid-South Conference Championships, which are scheduled to take place in Bowling Green from February 9-11.
