Upland, Ind.- The Lindsey Wilson men's cross country team competed at the Taylor University Ray Bullock Invitational taking fourth place in the 8K event.
The Blue Raiders finished with a team score of 170 and a total time of 2:17:46.9. Host Taylor (Ind.) took home the team title with 23 points while Grace (Ind.) finished runner-up with 65.
Lindsey Wilson had two runners finish in the top 25. Senior
Justin Stearns finished 13th with a time of 26:15.3 and an average mile of 5:17. Sophomore
Santiago Nunez finished 22nd with a time of 26:42.1 and an average mile of 5.22.
Marti Molins finished 35th with a time of 27:09.6, while
Logan Bullock finished in 28:30.2 to place 64th. Daniel Aikas finished in 82nd with a time of 29:10.0,
Nick Cummins crossed the line in 29:21.5 to finish 91st while Zack McCaslin (29:46.1) finished in 98th.
Blake Mullins (30:32.9),
Bryce Clayton (31:29.1),
Jace Cowman (31:43.1) and
Xavier Smith (31:48.8) also competed for the Blue Raiders.
The Blue Raiders will be back in action on Friday, October 25 at the Great Lakes Challenge in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
