PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – Lindsey Wilson men's soccer secured a commanding 4-0 victory over Shawnee State on Saturday at Shawnee Turf, led by a two-goal performance from Sebastian Tregarthen.

Tregarthen opened the scoring in the 24th minute and netted his second goal just two minutes after Dominic Ayella doubled the lead in the 70th minute. Jaland Larmond sealed the win with a goal in the 73rd minute, assisted by Tregarthen.

The Blue Raiders (3-4-2) controlled the match, outshooting Shawnee State (3-5-1) 22-7, with 10 of those shots on target. Lindsey Wilson goalkeeper Francois Djiba made two saves to secure his second consecutive shutout. Shawnee State's defense struggled to contain the Blue Raiders, who managed 14 shots in the second half alone.

Shawnee State had five players cautioned throughout the match, while Lindsey Wilson received two warnings.

Lindsey Wilson will return to the pitch on Wednesday, Sept. 25 when they travel to Bethel (Tenn.) at 7 p.m. CT to open conference play
