COLUMBIA, Ky. — The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team is set to face No. 7 Spring Arbor University (Mich.) with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, September 7th. 

Spring Arbor is coming into this game looking to hold on to momentum after a 5-2 victory over Rochester Christian on September 4th. Their offensive show was a standout performance with Fara Serra scoring two goals and Lauren Marshall, Paige Beaudry, and Claire VanZanten each adding one. With a strong team, Spring Arbor will look to continue their winning streak against the Blue Raiders.

For Lindsey Wilson, this will be their third game of the season after a competitive encounter with William Carey (Miss.). Despite a 3-1 defeat, the Blue Raiders showcased their offensive unit during the second half with Alexandra Giusti scoring the lone goal. Lindsey Wilson will be eager to bounce back and demonstrate both their offensive and defensive ability. 

Spring Arbor is likely to have an aggressive approach offensively, to press the Blue Raiders' defense early on in the game.

Lindsey Wilson will need to have a strategic approach, putting pressure on the offensive to let as few shots on goal as possible. They will also need to focus on how they can be strong offensively as well to keep the game close. 

This will be an exciting matchup with each side having aggressive attacking strategies. Fans can expect a lot of pressure on the defenses and high performances from the goalkeepers as well.
