COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team hosts No. 20 Georgia Gwinnett on Ray Wells Field at Walter S. Reuling Stadium on Sunday afternoon. 

The (RV) Blue Raiders (4-4-2, 3-0-1 Mid-South Conference) are coming off an impressive 1-0 victory over No. 4 Cumberlands (Ky.), marking their first top-25 win of the season and first win against a top-five opponent since September 26, 2015. Lindsey Wilson will look to continue that momentum behind Efua Asabel, who has scored three goals in the last two matches and leads the team with five on the season. The Blue Raiders have found their rhythm in conference play, and maintaining their discipline and aggressive style will be key to keeping their non-conference opponents off balance. On the season, Lindsey Wilson averages 14.1 shots per game while holding opponents to just 9.9. 

The 20th-ranked Grizzlies (6-4-3) brings in a talented squad but are coming off a tough 2-0 loss at Campbellsville (Ky.) on Friday. Georgia Gwinnett is led by junior Gabriela Rosas, who has netted five goals this season while averaging 1.3 shots per game. For the Blue Raiders, controlling possession will be crucial to limiting Georgia Gwinnett's scoring opportunities and keeping the Grizzlies' attack in check. 

The Blue Raiders will kick off at 12 p.m. CT on Sunday against the Grizzlies at Ray Wells Field inside Walter S. Reuling Stadium.
