COLUMBIA, Ky. – In the penultimate match of the 2025 regular season, the (RV) Blue Raider volleyball hit a season-high 0.407 en route to a straight-set sweep over Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.).
Marija Raonic was efficient on offense for Lindsey Wilson as she put down 10 kills on 15 swings with zero errors. Fellow outside hitter
Ola Wyrzykowska recorded 11 kills for her 12
th consecutive outing of double-digits.
Junior
Momo Hampton anchored the host's back line with nine digs, the last of which giving her 1,000 for her collegiate career.
Luiza Gonçalves finished five-for-eight – 0.625 – on her dump-over attempts while leading all setters with 29 assists.
The Lions scored the first point of the afternoon, but Lindsey Wilson found its rhythm quickly with a 15-4 onslaught. Wyrzykowska hit the Blue Raiders' first three kills of the day and added one of her three aces during the early barrage. Raonic chipped in two kills. After a Freed-Hardeman timeout, the visitors strung together three straight points to start a 7-3 run. Despite cutting the score to 18-12, the Blue Raiders tallied seven of the last nine points to win set one 25-14. Wyrzykowska, Raonic,

Ana Clara Beltran Sacca each produced blocks to help put the set away.
Lindsey Wilson led 8-5 in the middle frame until Freed-Hardeman scored five straight. Wyrzykowska ended the Lions' streak with a kill and later followed with two more as part of a 6-0 turnaround by the Blue Raiders. Out of a Freed-Hardeman timeout, the scoring swayed back-and-forth, but Lindsey Wilson maintained its lead. Consecutive kills by

Gracie Friedrich improved the score to 20-14, then another spike by Friedrich and a rare kill from Hampton ended the set 25-17.
In the third, Wyrzykowska and Gonçalves started with back-to-back kills, then Raonic took over with three successful attacks in a row to give Lindsey Wilson an 8-5 edge. The Lions answered to go ahead 12-11. However, a service error gifted the Blue Raiders back the ball and started a 5-1 run. Following another Lions' timeout, the home team outscored Freed-Hardeman 9-4, during which
Brooke Robinson and
Layla HuYoung each had a service ace, and Raonic had two kills.
