COLUMBIA, Kentucky – The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team hosts Shawnee State (Ohio) at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, December 6, inside Biggers Sports Center.

The Blue Raiders, now 8-2 on the season, are coming off a 99-78 win over Indiana University Columbus earlier this week and look to keep their momentum going. Leading the way on offense is Kenyata Carbon, who averages 16.2 points per game. He's joined by Julian Cunningham with 13.9 points, Latrell Kyles with 11.9, and Mihail Gavazov with 10.3.

Defensively, the Blue Raiders allow just 73.6 points per game while holding opponents to 42.3 percent shooting from the field. Victory Naboya anchors the paint, leading the team with 1.7 blocks per game, and will look to make things difficult for the Bears inside.

Shawnee State (6-3) enters the matchup with an experienced group led by El Sieger, who averages 12.6 points per game. Jason Steele adds 11.7 points per contest as the only other double-digit scorer. The Bears play strong defense, holding opponents to 66.2 points per game while scoring 83.8 points per game on offense.

Lindsey Wilson will need to stay disciplined to take down a tough Shawnee State squad.
