Lindsey Wilson (1-9) looks to face the Cumberlands after dropping six-straight on the road, with their most recent loss coming from a 16-12 decision at Bryan (Tenn.). Andres Duran is leading the Blue Raiders at the plate with a .441 batting average with 15 hits, six RBIs and four doubles. Matthew Schultz, and Chance Stayton lead the homerun derby for Lindsey Wilson with three and two, respectively. Drake Young has also contributed seven RBIs and a homerun. Glenn Simes (1-2) has the only win on the mound so far this season, pitching a total of 15.1 innings and allowing 11 runs on 22 hits with 10 strikeouts. 

The Patriots (9-2) seven-game win streak was halted by a 12-10 loss to top-ranked Tennessee Wesleyan Tuesday afternoon. Charlie Muñiz leads Cumberlands at the plate with 15 RBIs on 15 hits in 38 at-bats, tallying 4 home runs. Alec Gonzalez and Max Harper have contributed to the RBI total with 11 and 10, respectively. Kailen Hamson (2-0) leads the pitching staff for the Patriots with 12.2 innings and an ERA of 2.84. Hamson has faced 51 batters, only giving up seven runs on 11 hits, and acquiring 21 strikeouts and a single walk. 

This will be the 29 all-time meeting between the two programs with the Blue Raiders trailing 18-10 and dropping nine of the last 10 competitions. The most recent match-up came on May 2, 2024 when the Patriots took an 18-1 decision in seven innings.
