COLUMBIA, Ky.- The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team welcomes Ohio Christian University to Biggers Sports Center on Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT. 


The Blue Raiders (14-8), are coming off a heartbreaking 80-78 loss to Bethel last Saturday, and are looking to snap a three-game skid. Lindsey Wilson is led by a trio of double-digit scorers with Kenyata Carbon averaging 16.5 points per game, Julian Cunningham averages 15.9 points, while Daivel Jackson adds 13.3 points per game while also being the team's leading rebounder grabbing 7.5 rebounds per game.


Facing their longest losing streak of the season, the Blue Raiders know they have the talent to overcome this adversity, but putting all the pieces together will be key to finishing the season strong. Lindsey Wilson looks to make a statement at home, backed by the best three-point shooting percentage in the MSC due to their athleticism and savvy play. 


The Trailblazers (20-3) bring in a youthful team as they feature four double-digit scorers. Freshman Caleb Schmelzer leads the way with 17.0 points per game, followed by fellow freshman Parker Penrod's 15.2 points per game, sophomore Cale Rammel's 12.2 points per game, and senior Chapman Faulkner's 14.8 points per game. As one of the top offensive teams in the NCCAA, they shoot 48 percent from the field while holding opponents to just 43.3 percent.
