HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Lindsey Wilson men's golf team sits in fourth place after the day of the Carey Collegiate, held Monday at Canebrake Country Club. 

The Blue Raiders shot a 21 over par 589 (300-289) across the first two rounds, trailing Blue Mountain State in the lead with a 585. Dalton State and Point (GA) are tied in second place with scores of 587. The Blue Raiders are tied with Point (GA) for the most birdies with 25 and lead with Par 4's with an average of 4.14. 

Individually, Rio Saigal leads all golfers with an impressive 138 (69-69).Saigal is tied for the most birdies in the tournament with eight and leads the field in par-4 scoring at -4. He is joined by teammates Polakrit Pawichai, who is tied for 11th with a score of 147 (78-69), and Stanley White, tied for 21st with a 150 (76-74). 

Johan Bredenkamp follows in 39th with a 154 (77-77), while Adam Hawthorn is in 43rd place with a 155 (78-77). Maciej Janusiewicz - competing as an individual - is 51st with a score of 156 (75-81).
