COLUMBIA, Ky. - Six Lindsey Wilson student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's At-Large Team, national officials announced on Tuesday.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes At-Large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
Representing the Blue Raiders on the at-large team are men's bowlers
Nick Blakey and
Cole Greathouse, and men's wrestlers
Adrian Ayala,
Chase Ayers,
Cale Johnson, and
Tony Rogers. Blakey and Greathouse become the first two bowlers in program history to earn the honor.
Ayala, Ayers, Johnson, and Rogers all earn the honor for the first time in their careers and are the first Blue Raider wrestlers named to the All-District Team since 2017.
Lindsey Wilson was one of two Mid-South Conference institutions to feature a student-athlete on the Academic All-District At-Large Team. Cumberlands (Ky.) had three honorees earn the honor.
