COLUMBIA, Ky. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released its academic award honorees for the 2024-25 season on Thursday, naming the Blue Raider men's basketball team an Academic Excellence Award recipient and seven student-athletes to the Honors Court.

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

The NABC's academic awards are presented annually to teams and athletes from all levels of college basketball.

This is the Lindsey Wilson men's basketball program's third Academic Excellence honor in the last four years.

The Blue Raider's represented on Honors Court include Chukwudalu Egbejiogu (Media Studies), Connor Robinson (Physical Education and Health), Jackson Edwards (Business), Jeremiah Belton (Interdisciplinary Studies), Johrdon Mumford (Psychophysiology), Julian Cunningham (Business Administration), and Olson Nicholson (Criminal Justice). Each earning their first career Honors Court selection.
