COLUMBIA, Ky. -  The Blue Raiders men's soccer team hits the road to Lawrenceville, Georgia for a three-day two-game road trip facing Lawrence Tech (Mich.) on August 30 at 6:00 pm CT and (RV) Georgia Gwinnett on Sept. 1 at 1:00 pm CT in the Grizzly Soccer Complex for the Labor Day Grizzly Classic. 

Lindsey Wilson is sitting at 1-0-1 after picking up a 2-0 victory over SCAD-Savannah (Ga.) and tying with No. 10 Indiana Wesleyan 1-1 to begin the season. Dominic Ayella has put his name in the stat sheet every match so far tallying a goal in game one and an assist in game two. The Blue Raiders are averaging 21.0 shots per game with a 0.071 shot percentage, holding their opponent to just 8.5 shots per game with a 0.059 shot percentage. 

Lawrence Tech is sitting at 0-2 to begin the 2025 season dropping matches to No. 21 Marian (Ind.) 3-0 and most recently (RV) Georgia Gwinnett 3-0. The Blue Devils have yet to score a goal this season but have an on-goal shot percentage of .500 with 5-10 being on goal. Goalkeeper Goncalo Duraes has 10 saves on the season of the 13 shots he has faced yielding a 0.769 save percentage. This will be the first all-time meeting between the Blue Raiders and the Blue Devils. 

Georgia Gwinnett has won its first three matches, defeating Mid-South Conference foe Campbellsville (Ky.) 2-0, Brescia (Ky.) 6-1, and recently defeating Lawrence Tech (Mich.) 3-0. The Grizzlies have scored 11 goals to their opponents one, manufacturing a 0.167 shots percentage and an average of 3.67 goals per game. Luka Colic and Alejandro Contrera have each tallied three goals apiece with Ousmane Fall contributing two and Pedro Nunes tacking on three assists. This match will be the fifth meeting between the two programs with the record tied at 2-2. Lindsey Wilson has won the last two match-ups while holding Georgia Gwinnett scoreless. 

The Blue Raiders will face Lawrence Tech on August, 30 at 6:00 pm CT and Georgia Gwinnett on September 1, at 1:00 pm CT at the Grizzly Soccer Complex for the Labor Day Grizzly Classic.
