COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team will travel to Campbellsville, Ky., on Wednesday to face Mid-South Conference rival Campbellsville University at 5 p.m. CT in Finley Stadium.

The Blue Raiders (2-4-1, 1-0 MSC) look to bounce back after a 3-1 loss to No. 13 Spring Arbor (Mich.) last week as they prepare for their 34th matchup against Campbellsville. Lindsey Wilson leads the all-time series 29-3-1. This season, the Blue Raiders have held the edge over opponents statistically, outshooting them 96-70. On average, they take 13.7 shots per game while allowing just 10.0, a balance they'll need to maintain to secure a win in MSC play.

Ashiat Naluggwa and Lara Rocha have been key offensive weapons for the Blue Raiders. Rocha leads with three goals, while Naluggwa has added two, and both stand at seven points on the season. Defensively, Lindsey Wilson aims to tighten up, having allowed opponents to convert on 55.7 percent of their shots on goal.


The (RV) Tigers (5-5, 1-0 MSC) are coming off a 5-0 shutout win over Freed-Hardeman in conference play. Julia Ogren leads Campbellsville with three goals and 10 points on the season. The Tigers average 15.0 shots per game, setting the stage for an exciting matchup as both teams look to apply offensive pressure.
