COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson men's wrestling team moved up five spots to No. 17 in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll on Thursday.
The Blue Raiders earned 59 points to move up to 17th.
Alex Tabor is ranked 18th at 133 while
Adrian Ayala is ranked fourth at 141 pounds.
Emmanuel Celestine is slotted 23rd at 157 pounds,
Cory Cannan is 12th at 184 pounds, and
Miguel Perez is 19th at 285 pounds.
Grand View (Iowa) holds the top spot in the poll with 261 points, while Life (Ga.) is second with 259 points. Southeastern (Fla.) is third with 231 points, while Indiana Tech and Oklahoma City round out the top five with 193 and 176 points, respectively.
Campbellsville (Ky.), Cumberland (Tenn.), and Cumberlands (Ky.) also represent the MSC in the Top 25. The Tigers are seventh with 154 points, while the Patriots are ninth with 139 points. Cumberland is slotted 10th with 137 points. Rio Grande (Ohio) and Georgetown (Ky.) represent the MSC in the receiving votes section of the poll.
The Blue Raider men's wrestling team is back in action on Friday at Georgetown (Ky.) for a conference dual.
