Blue Raiders Host Ohio Christian in Tuesday Night Non-Conference Clash

COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team is back home Tuesday evening for a non-conference matchup against Ohio Christian at 6 p.m. CT inside Biggers Sports Center.

The Blue Raiders (13-5, 3-1 MSC) come off a strong showing in Mid-South Conference play, highlighted by a 100-58 victory over Bethel (Tenn.) in their most recent outing. Lindsey Wilson continues to rank among the conference's top offensive units, averaging 84.0 points per game on 48.3 percent shooting while holding opponents to 74.7 points. The Blue Raiders shoot 37.4 percent from three-point range and 74.3 percent from the free-throw line, while averaging 36.9 rebounds and 14.2 assists per game.

Senior guard Kenyata Carbon leads the way with 19.4 points per game on 59.7 percent shooting, along with 4.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 2.4 steals. Julian Cunningham contributes 11.7 points and leads the team in assists and steals, while Mihail Gavazov adds 11.6 points and a team-best 6.3 rebounds. Latrell Kyles provides 10.8 points per game, and Victory Naboya anchors the paint with 8.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per outing.

Ohio Christian (18-1) enters Tuesday's contest as one of the most efficient two-way teams in the NAIA, averaging 84.1 points per game while holding opponents to just 68.4. The Trailblazers shoot effectively across all areas of the floor and thrive on balanced scoring and strong rebounding.

Parker Penrod leads Ohio Christian with 16.8 points per game on 52 percent shooting, including 44 percent from beyond the arc and 90 percent at the free-throw line. Caleb Schmelzer follows closely with 16.1 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, shooting 51 percent overall. DJ Bogay adds 13.9 points and 6.4 rebounds, while Cale Rammel contributes 12.6 points and nearly seven boards per outing. Landon Brewer provides 9.7 points and 6.1 rebounds to round out a deep and disciplined rotation.
