COLUMBIA, Ky. – The No. 4-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's golf team and No. 13-ranked women's golf team are each set to compete Monday in the 2026 Gibson Bay Invitational at Gibson Bay Golf Course in Richmond, Ky. 

The men's tournament features Campbellsville (Ky.), No. 22-ranked Cumberlands (Ky.), Cumberland (Tenn.), Taylor (Ind.), West Virginia Tech, Asbury (Ky.), Bethel (Tenn.), and Rio Grande (Ohio). 

The men's team is fresh off an eighth-place finish at the Music City Collegiate in Dickson, Tenn. Robbie Welsh finished tied for eighth after carding an even-par 216 (76-65-75). Welsh's second-round 65 (-7) was the lowest of the entire tournament. He finished with 13 birdies and 31 pars. Toby White finished tied for 22nd after carding a 219 (76-70-73). White carded 13 birdies in the tournament. 

The women's Gibson Bay Invitational field includes Campbellsville (Ky.), No. 7-ranked Cumberlands (Ky.), No. 15-ranked Pikeville (Ky.), No. 24-ranked Midway (Ky.), and No. 17-ranked Milligan (Tenn.). 

The women's team is coming off a top-three finish in a loaded field at the Lady Roadrunner Fall Invitational in Dalton, Ga. The Blue Raiders finished with a 913 (302-304-307). Vu Hoang Anh Nguyen was the top finisher for the Blue Raiders after carding a 226 (76-77-73). She carded 36 pars throughout her three rounds. 

Amanda Sitohang finished tied for tenth after carding a 228 (75-73-80). Sitohang's second round 73 was the third-lowest second-round score in the field. She carded six birdies throughout her three rounds. 

The Gibson Bay Invitational begins Monday with rounds one and two, followed by the final round Tuesday morning.
