COLUMBIA, Ky. -  For the third time this season Lindsey Wilson utility man Denilson Macon was named the Mid-South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the office announced Monday.

The Gainesville, Florida native spearheaded the Blue Raider offense to a 6-0 win against Georgetown (Ky.) in the MSC Tournament Quarterfinals on Thursday, Oct. 29. Macon scored a goal and recorded two assists in the quarterfinal match; he was also the last Blue Raider to shoot the ball that resulted in a Tiger own goal.

Macon's nine assists this season are tied for the best mark in the Mid-South. His 17 points rank sixth in the Mid-South Conference, with eight of them coming against Conference opponents.

This marks Macon's third honor this season, and Lindsey Wilson's seventh total player of the week nod this season.

Macon and the Blue Raiders return to action on Thursday, hosting Bethel (Tenn.) in the Mid-South Conference Tournament Semifinals at 6 p.m. CT.
