COLUMBIA, Ky.- The Blue Raider men's basketball team is set to host the Bruins of Carolina University (N.C.) on Saturday in Biggers Sports Center at 2 P.M. CT. 

Lindsey Wilson sits at 16-7 on the season with its most previous win coming against the No. 6-ranked Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) Thursday night. Kenyata Carbon leads the offensive brigade for LWU averaging 19.5 points an outing on 59.3 percent shooting from the floor. Mihail Gavazov and Julian Cunningham round out the double-figure scoring with 11.4 points and 10.8 points per game, respectively. 

Carolina (6-16) is on a two-game win streak after an 84-81 victory over Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) on January 31. Shawn Woodson and Da'Shaun Stigler lead the offense for the Bruins averaging 14.1 points and 14.0 points a night. Dj Evans, Tristan Kuska, and Deuce Ford round out the double-figure scoring with 13.0 points, 12.0 points, and 11.1 points a contest, respectively. 

Lindsey Wilson leads the all-time series against Carolina 2-0 with the last meeting between the programs occurring on October 16, 2024 with LWU taking a 95-58 victory. 

Men's basketball will tipoff against the Bruins on Saturday afternoon at 2 P.M. CT inside Biggers Sports Center.
