COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson baseball team is scheduled to take on Pikeville (Ky.) in a doubleheader Tuesday afternoon beginning at noon CT at Johnnie Lemaster Field. 

The Bears defeated the Blue Raiders in a previous doubleheader on February 17 (6-2, 7-4). The Blue Raiders enter Tuesday with a 7-12 record, while Pikeville enters with an 11-6 record. 

Lindsey Wilson will try to bounce back against the Bears after being swept in the previous series by Lourdes (Ohio). The Blue Raiders are led by Andres Duran, Caden Davis, and Orion Hahm-Taklander. Duran is batting .316 with an OPS of 1.067, while also driving in 15 runs and slugging four home runs. Davis is batting .375 with a .981 OPS, while scoring 19 runs for the Blue Raiders. Hahm-Taklander is batting .340 with a .984 OPS, while driving in 11 runs.

 UPike is led by Riley Paulino, Noah Brooks, and Mason Melton. Paulino leads the team in batting average (.483), OPS (1.468), hits (28), total bases (51), home runs (3), and triples (5). Brooks is batting .357 with an OPS of 1.057, while leading the team with nine doubles. Melton is batting .290 while leading the Bears with 21 runs batted in.

 Game one is set for noon CT first pitch at Johnnie Lemaster Field, with game two following 30-45 minutes following the conclusion of the first game.
