HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The No. 7-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Carey Collegiate at Canebrake Country Club. 

The Blue Raiders carded a 5-over par  857(293-282-282) over the three rounds at the 6965-yard par-71 course. No. 15 Webber International (Fla.) took home the team title with an 835 while No. 2 Reinhardt (Ga.) was second with an 839. Lindsey Wilson finished third in par-5 scoring at -15.

Leading the way for Lindsey Wilson was Polakrit Pawachai. Pawachai carded a 5-under 208 (71-68-89) to finish tied for fifth. Pawachai finished with 12 birdies throughout his tournament and was tied for third in par-5 scoring at -6. Stanley White finished tied for 16th-place after carding a 212(72-71-69). White was alos -6 on par 5s. 

Callum Waugh finished in 18th  after carding a 213(73-71-69) to finish at even par. Waugh finished with 37 pars throughout the tournament. Phillip Kittoff Jr. finished tied for 47th-place at 224 (77-72-75), while carding the third most pars in the tournament with 40. Arvid Olsson, competing as an individual, finished tied for 57th-place after carding a 227(78-73-76). Magnus Maahr finished tied for 61st-place at 229(78-73-78). 

The Blue Raiders compete March 16-17 in the Lindsey Wilson Spring Invitational in Columbia, Ky at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson.
