COLUMBIA, Ky. - Lindsey Wilson student-athlete Callum Waugh has been named the Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.
 
Waugh, of Glasgow, Scotland, earns his third career weekly honor and his first of the season. He took home medalist honors at the Lindsey Wilson Spring Invitational with a 10-under par 203 (70-68-65). Waugh edged out teammate Stanley White by one shot. He finished his tournament -6 on par-4s and par-5s, and carded 14 birdies. Over the three rounds, Waugh carded a tournament-low four bogeys.
 
He helped lead the Blue Raiders to the tournament title with the fifth-lowest three-round score in program history with an 821.
 
Waugh and the Blue Raiders are back on the course on Monday, March 31, for the first day of the Roadrunner Classic in Dalton, Georgia, at The Farm Golf Club.
