Men's Golf Fifth Following First Two Rounds of Music City Classic

OLD HICKORY, Tenn. – The No. 14-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's golf team is in fifth after the first two rounds of the Music City Classic at Hermitage Golf Course. 

The Blue Raiders carded a 6-under-par 570 (282-288) after 36 holes in the Music City Classic on the par-72 6,992-yard course. No. 1 Keiser (Fla.) sits atop the leaderboard with a 554 while No. 4 Webber International (Fla.) is second with a 555.

Leading the way for Lindsey Wilson is Philip Kittoff Jr., who is tied for 10th after carding a 140 (68-72). Kittoff Jr. carded nine birdies and is tied for 13th in par-5 scoring at four under. In his first round, on the back nine, Kittoff Jr. carded three birdies in the final four holes. 

Callum Waugh is tied for 18th at 141 (71-70). Waugh carded five birdies, along with an eagle on the par-5 18th hole. Waugh is tied for sixth with 26 pars carded. Stanley White is tied for 32nd after carding 144 (72-72). White carded seven birdies through his first two rounds, and is tied for eighth in par-4 scoring at three under. 

Polakrit Pawichai is tied for 44th after shooting a 146 (71-75). Pawichai carded six birdies, including a pair of birdies on the par-5 18th hole. James Gibb is tied for 51st after carding 147 (73-74). Gibb carded six birdies throughout his first two rounds of play. Gibb played holes 13 and 18 incredibly well in both rounds, coming away with a birdie each time through. 

The final round of the Music City Classic is scheduled for Tuesday morning at Hermitage GCS in Old Hickory, Tenn.
