Women's Basketball | 6/17/2026 11:00:00 AM

COLUMBIA, Ky. - Lindsey Wilson women's basketball turned in its winningest season in six years, going 23-9 during the 2025-26 campaign.

The Blue Raiders began the season ranked No. 24 in the NAIA Preseason Coaches' Poll and climbed to No. 11 by the final edition of the rankings.

Along the way, Lindsey Wilson downed 15th-ranked Oregon Tech as part of a nine-game winning streak. Then, once conference play rolled around, the Blue Raiders upset Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) twice -- the Lions were ranked inside the top five in both instances, -- toppled fourth-ranked Campbellsville (Ky.) -- snapping a nine-year drought against the Tigers, and bested No. 15 Cumberlands (Ky.) at home.

The NAIA National Tournament sent Lindsey Wilson down to Montgomery, Alabama where the Blue Raiders handily beat Williams Baptist (Ark.) and No. 23 Southeastern (Fla.). Once at the final site in Sioux City, Iowa, Lindsey Wilson's season came to an end in the Round of 16.

Amelia Hodges (November 5) and Taylor Guess (February 2) joined the 1,000-point club. Hodges finished her career with 172 3-pointers, the fifth-most in program history. Guess and Claire Fleming moved into the all-time top 10 for career free throws made, and Jarie Thomas improved to seventh on the program's career blocks list.

Meadow Tisdale -- 15.7 points per game, 51.7 field goal percentage, 7.3 rebounds per game, 30 blocks -- earned First-Team NAIA All-America and All-Mid-South Conference honors. The sophomore broke the 20-point threshold eight times, including a 33-point and 12-rebound performance in a win over Freed-Hardeman on January 15.
