COLUMBIA, Ky. - The No. 10-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's soccer team returns home to face No. 14th-ranked Cumberlands (Ky.) for a Mid-South Conference match on Saturday, September 26 on Ray Wells Field at Walter S. Reuling Stadium. 

The Blue Raiders (4-4-0, 1-1-0 MSC) are coming off a two-game road trip streak where they went 0-2, with losses to Bethel (Tenn.) and Tennessee Southern. Juliano Manfro leads the way with three goals and nine points for Lindsey Wilson. Denilson Macon's two assists against Tennessee Southern put him at four for the season. Zahir Garcia is ranked fifth in total saves with 49 on the season. 

The Patriots (4-3-1, 1-0-0 MSC) enter Columbia coming off their best win of the season, a 1-0 victory over No. 6-ranked Georgia Gwinnett on Sept. 19. Sophomore Nico Romero leads the Patriots offense with five goals, while Dunsting Cohen Jr has two goals and a team best three assists. Zachary Dean has gotten the start in goal in the past two games, and he has recorded four saves and two clean sheets. 

Lindsey Wilson leads the all-time series with a commanding 38-5-6 record over Cumberlands. However, the Patriots have won the last two matches against the Blue Raiders. The Patriots also have had more postseason success with two semifinals in the NAIA Playoffs in the last two seasons, while the Blue Raiders have not made it past the Round of 16 since 2022.
