Moustapha Fofana joined the Lindsey Wilson women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2023.
He previously held a graduate assistant coaching position with the Blue Raider men's soccer program from 2020 to 2021.
During his tenure with the women's program, Fofana has mentored three Mid-South All-Conference selections and helped lead the team to a regular season championship in 2025.
As a player, Fofana wore a Lindsey Wilson jersey for 49 matches across three seasons from 2015 to 2017. He scored three goals and contributed nine assists, including four game-winning assists, as the Blue Raiders won two Mid-South regular season titles and made two appearances in the NAIA National Tournament during his career.
In 2016, Fofana was named a First-Team All-Mid-South Conference honoree after starting 13 matches during the regular season and anchoring a back line that conceded 19 goals. The following year, he was named an All-Mid-South Conference Second-Team recipient with a dozen regular season starts and a pivotal part played in Lindsey Wilson's seven shutouts.
