OWENSBORO, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's golf team won their second straight tournament on Friday at the Kentucky Wesleyan College Fall Invitational at The Summit Golf and Country Club.

Carlos Navarro led the Blue Raiders earning medalist honors for the second consecutive tournament. Navarro fired a one-under par 71 over the 6,839-yard, par 72 course.
The Lindsey Wilson men won the one-day tournament with a team-total of 298. The Blue Raiders finished five shots ahead of second place Southern Indiana University, who shot 303.
Navarro needed extra holes to win the tournament, birdieing the par-5, 555-yard No. 2. Navarro defeated Bethel (Tenn.) College's Trent Johnson, who three-putted No. 2 for a par.

Federico Lizarralde tied for fourth with rounds of one-over par 73.
Lindsey Wilson junior Zach Wilson (75) finished tied for ninth and junior
Kyle Andreas (82) finished tied for 30th to round out the Blue Raiders.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on Thursday and Friday, September 29-30 as the Blue Raiders travel to the Georgetown (Ky.) College Invitational at Cherry Blossom Golf Club.
