OLATHE, Kansas -- Lindsey Wilson College junior Zach Wilson finished the final round of the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship on Friday tied for 19th.
The Russell Springs, Kentucky, native, shot a 77 for the second consecutive day to end the four-day tournament at 296 at the 7,045-yard, par 72 Prairie Highlands Golf Course.
Wilson missed the all-tournament team and an automatic invitation to next season's national tournament by two strokes.
Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) University's Joe Prince won the tournament with a 284.
Oklahoma City University won the team title with a total of 1,154, 16 strokes ahead of second place Johnson & Wales (Fla.) University.
Lindsey Wilson missed the cut as a team. The tournament was cut down to the top 17 teams for the final day.
