Lindsey Wilson was four minutes away from the upset when Azusa's Bridget Brotherton equaled Alsanea's header with one of her own to tie the game.
Brotherton's goal, her team-leading fifth of the season, came off Karen Lawrence's corner kick in the 87th minute to tie the game at 1-1.
No. 2-ranked Azusa, who defeated host Lee 3-2 in double overtime on Friday night, scored 93 second later to avoid overtime for the second straight night.
