Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball made nine of 14 free throws over the final two minutes to upset No. 21-ranked Columbia (Mo.) College 77-73 on Wednesday night at Biggers Sports Center.
The win, the second straight upset of a ranked opponent, avenges 83-80 loss earlier this season in Columbia, Missouri. The Blue Raiders defeated Bethel (Ind.) College -- ranked No. 8 in NAIA-Division II -- on Monday night.
The Blue Raiders (5-13) -- who trailed just 38 seconds for the entire game -- scored nine straight points over a two-minute span to lead 64-55 with 3:58 left. Lindsey Wilson junior center
Terran Duncan scored six of her career-high 31 points during the run.
The Edmonton, Ky., native made 10-of-14 shots from the field and was 11-for-12 from the free-throw line to lead the Blue Raiders to a season-high two-game winning streak.
Duncan's lay-up with 2:46 left extended the Lindsey Wilson lead to 69-59.
Columbia responded with a final run, as the Cougars (11-2) cut the Lindsey Wilson lead to 72-70 with 30 seconds remaining.

Krystal Jackson Moneta Anderson hit all of their free throws in the final 28 seconds to extend the lead to 77-70. Columbia's Helen Ogunjimi scored the game's final points on a basket and a subsequent free throw for the final score.
The Blue Raiders opened with a 28-10 run, but squandered the 18-point lead and led 37-35 at the break. The Cougars scored 10 straight and 18 of 22 points to climb back into the game at the half.
Lindsey Wilson finished with a decisive advantage from the free throw, making 31-of-46 freebies, compared to Columbia's 11-of-19. The Blue Raiders also benefited from 25 Columbia turnovers.

Tiffany Reid added 11 points.
Columbia's Whitney Davis led the Cougars with 14 points, and Amber Lewellen added 12.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 7 p.m. CST on Monday, January 8, as the Blue Raiders travel to Brescia (Ky.) University in Owensboro.
