MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College junior midfielder Nathaniel Jafta scored a pair of goal to lead the Blue Raiders to a 3-1 win over Lambuth (Tenn.) University today in the NAIA Region XI Tournament semifinals.

The top-seeded Blue Raiders advance to the region championship on Tuesday at Noon CT. Lindsey Wilson faces the winner of today's second semifinal featuring University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) and host Mid-Continent (Ky.) University.

Lindsey Wilson scored the game's first goal thanks to an own goal to take a 1-0 lead.

Jafta scored the next two goals, one off an assist from freshman Jose Espinoza and the other on a penalty kick. The goals are Jafta's team-leading 19th and 20th of the season.

Lambuth scored the game's final goal on a penalty for the 3-1 final.

The Lindsey Wilson win is its 13th straight and 18th in 19 tries this season.
