SAVANNA, Ga. -- The top-ranked Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team continued its winning ways with a 4-1 win at Armstrong Atlantic State University today at AT&T Field.

The Blue Raiders (11-1) extended their winning streak to six matches while stepping outside the NAIA for a day. Armstrong Atlantic -- a NCAA Division II program -- falls to 7-4-3 with the home loss.

Lindsey Wilson sophomore forward Kimmia Parker continued her torrid scoring pace this week with a pair of goals in the win. Parker scored three goals on Monday at University of the Cumberlands. Parker leads the Blue Raiders with 13 goals this season.

Lindsey Wilson opened the game's scoring in the 14th minute as sophomore midfielder Caitlin Burke netted her second goal of the season. Burke scored from just outside the box off a cross from freshman Rikki Bottcher's eighth assist of the season.

An Armstrong Atlantic mistake led to Lindsey Wilson's second goal.

Lindsey Wilson sophomore midfielder Satsuki Kato scored after a failed attempt to clear the ball by the Pirate defense. Kato beat AASU goalkeeper Tracey Mitchell from inside the penalty area to give the Blue Raiders a 2-0 lead.

The Blue Raiders closed the opening half with a third goal with just 37 seconds left in the half.

Parker scored her first of two goals off junior defender Yolanda Hamilton's assist to give Lindsey Wilson a 3-0 lead at the break.

Armstrong Atlantic's Kristin Burton cut the Lindsey Wilson lead to 3-1 in the 74th minute with her team-leading 15th goal of the season.

Parker answered with an unassisted goal in the 79th minute to give Lindsey Wilson the 4-1 lead and eventual win.

Lindsey Wilson finished the match out-shooting the host 12-10, including 7-4 in shots on goal.

Lindsey Wilson junior goalkeeper Carrie Revlett stopped three Pirate shots en route to her 11th win of the season.
