Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. - The No.1-ranked Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team cruised to a 10-0 victory over West Virginia University Institute of Technology (W.V.) tonight.
The Blue Raiders dominated the entire match out shooting West Virginia Tech 23-0.
Lindsey Wilson sophomore midfielder Satsuki Kato scored the first goal of the match in the seventh minute. The goal was Kato's fifth in as many games.
Reigning Mid-South Conference offensive player of the week, sophomore midfielder Kimmia Parker recorded a hat trick. She now has 16 goals on the season. Parker is one goal away from moving into 10th place for the most goals in a single season.
Freshman forward Louise Christensen added two goals and an assist. Freshman midfielder Rikke Bottcher tallied four assists bringing her team leading total to 16.
Junior goalkeeper Carrie Revlett moved into sole possession of second place on the all-time shutout list. Revlett now has 20 in her career and five on the season.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, Oct. 25, as the Blue Raiders host Covenant (Ga.) College at Lindsey Wilson Park.
