ST. CATHARINE, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's soccer team clinched a tie for the Mid-South Conference regular season title today with a 5-1 win over host St. Catharine (Ky.) College in the regular season finale.

The Blue Raiders finished 15-1-1 on the season and 5-0-1 in the MSC. Lindsey Wilson will be the No. 2 seed in the MSC Tournament which begins this weekend. Lindsey Wilson and University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) tied for the top spot in the regular season standings and Cumberlands won a coin flip and will be the top seed.

Lindsey Wilson is set to host the conference tournament semifinals and finals at Walter S. Reuling Stadium beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Today's win marks the sixth straight for the Blue Raiders and the first in the series. This season is the first in the MSC for St. Catharine.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 7:30 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Nov. 12, as the Blue Raiders host the winner of this weekend's game between No. 3 seed West Virginia Tech and No. 6 seed Pikeville (Ky.) College.
