LONDON, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's golf team finished fifth at the Southeastern Intercollegiate hosted by University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) at Crooked Creek Golf Club.
The Blue Raiders finished with a two round total of 622 (307-315) over the 6,933-yard, par 72 layout.
Lindenwood (Mo.) University won the event with a total of 607 (302-305). Ohio Dominican University ended in second with a 611 (303-308) and Campbellsville (Ky.) University finished third with 617 (307-310). Lee (Tenn.) University finished fourth in the 22-team field with a two-day total of 619 (316-303).
Lindsey Wilson freshman Ross Crowe led the Blue Raiders with a tie for sixth place. Crowe finished with a 150 (76-74) in the 114-man field.
Lee's Joshua Lawson beat Lindenwood's Brock Robillard in a playoff to earn medalist honors. The pair shot a 146 over the two days.
Junior Carlos Navarro finished tied for 19th with a 155 (73-82) and freshman Joe Hood ended tied for 32nd with a 158 (78-80). Sophomore Travis Radford finished tied for 34th with a 159 (80-79) and junior Abraham Gali finished tied for 49th with a 163 (81-82).
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on April 14-15 as the Blue Raiders travel to the Mid-South Conference Spring Championships hosted by Georgetown (Ky.) College at Cherry Blossom Golf Club.
