Box Score PULASKI, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team dropped their first game of the season 1-0 on Friday night at No. 1-ranked Martin Methodist College.
The top-ranked RedHawks shut out the Blue Raiders for the second straight game dating back to last season. Martin Methodist beat Lindsey Wilson 1-0 last November in the NAIA Region XI finals.
Martin Methodist Nicole O'Donnell scored the game-winner with 18 seconds left in the match to help the RedHawks remain unbeaten on the season. O'Donnell chipped the ball over Lindsey Wilson goalkeeper Carrie Revlett's head from 40 yards out to help Martin Methodist win.
No. 4-ranked Lindsey Wilson falls to 5-1-0 with the loss while Martin Methodist improves to 6-0-0 with the win.
Martin Methodist outshot the Blue Raiders 8-4, including 5-2 in shots on goal.
Revlett finished with four saves on the night.
