Box Score MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Senior Lorna Heaton put an end to a defensive battle with a goal in the 103rd minute to push the top-ranked Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team past 16th ranked Auburn University at Montgomery (Ala.), 1-0 in double overtime on Saturday. 
Heaton came off the bench and took just one shot in the game that was good for the game-winning goal. Freshman Hanna Jonsson set up the senior for the late-game heroics, finding Heaton unmarked on the right side of the field for the assist.
With the score, Heaton has three goals on the season. All seven of the Liverpool, England native's shots have been on goal. Jonsson tallied her first assist and point of the season.
Senior Carrie Revlett earned the shutout win, playing all 102-plus minutes in goal for the Blue Raiders. Revlett collected just two saves on nine AUM shots, while Lady Senator keeper Daisy Burnfield finished with eight saves on 14 Lindsey Wilson shots.
The Blue Raiders held the advantage in corner kicks, 4-1, and committed 14 fouls to 10 for AUM. 
Lindsey Wilson improves to 14-2-1 overall and the Lady Senators finish their regular season with a 12-4-1 record.
Lindsey Wilson -- which has already wrapped up the regular-season MSC Championship -- closes its regular season at 11 a.m. CT on Nov. 2 at Pikeville (Ky.) College.
