Box Score JACKSON, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team's season ended tonight as the Blue Raiders lost 80-59 to No. 1-ranked Union (Tenn.) University in the NAIA National Championship at Oman Arena.
The Blue Raiders end their season at 25-9. Union advances into Saturday's national quarterfinals against Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) University.
Lindsey Wilson overcame an early 10-point (16-6) first half deficit to keep the game within reach. 
The Blue Raiders closed within three (25-22) with 5:20 left in the first half before Union junior Kaitlin Dudley's used the next five minutes for her own personal highlight reel. 
Dudley scored 16 of her team-high 25 points in a 20-6 Union run to close the half and take a 45-28 lead into the locker room. The Blue Raiders never recovered and lost 80-59.
The Bulldogs (34-1) shredded the Lindsey Wilson defense, shooting 55.2 percent (32-58) from the field. Union also used a 44-30 rebounding edge en route to the win.
Lindsey Wilson finished the game making just 36.4 percent (24-of-66) of its shots, including 3 for 14 from three-point range.
Lindsey Wilson junior Sierra Rambert led the Blue Raiders with 26 points. The Philadelphia native added eight rebounds and three assists. Sophomore Viktoria Krell added 10 points. Senior Ewa Bukowska ended her career with eight points.
Union senior Josephine Owino joined Dudley in double figures with 19 points. She also grabbed 11 rebounds in the win.
