SAINT LEO, Fla. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's soccer team's five game winning streak came to a halt today with a 2-1 overtime loss to host Saint Leo University at University Field.

Saint Leo's Chrissy Darwell scored the golden goal in the 97th minute to break the 1-1 tie and send the Lions to their fifth win of the season.

Lindsey Wilson junior Elisha Fry scored the Blue Raiders' only goal of the game just before halftime to tie the game at 1-1 entering the break. The Lions Pia Soesemann had opened the game's scoring in the 19th minute to give Saint Leo the lead.

Lindsey Wilson's Jordan Morrison suffers the loss allowing both goals while recording one save.

The Blue Raiders fall to 10-5 on the season with the loss.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 23 as the Blue Raiders host University of Rio Grande at Walter S. Reuling Stadium.
