WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – Amanda Kander, Bettina Brulhart and Fabienne Rochaix all netted multiple goals as the sixth-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team cruised past Cumberlands (Ky.) 9-0 on Friday evening.

The Blue Raiders improve to 7-2-2 on the season with a perfect 4-0 record in Mid-South Conference play.

With the loss, Cumberlands remains winless on the year with an 0-11 mark and 0-5 record in the MSC.

Lindsey Wilson wasted little time to start the scoring, netting the first goal of the game in the 11th minute. Emilia Jonsson fed the ball to Elizabet Madjarac who buried the shot for the 1-0 lead. For Jonsson and Madjarac, it is the first assist and goal of the season.

Less than a minute later, the Blue Raider lead doubled after Kander scored an unassisted goal, her sixth score of the season.

Gwendoline Fai added a third goal in the 17th minute for Lindsey Wilson, assisted by Brulhart.

With 14 minutes to play in the opening half, Kander would net her second goal of the game, another unassisted score.

Brulhart scored a goal of her own just before halftime in the 44th minute to make it 5-0.

Kander found the back of the net one more time in the 65th minute to complete her hat trick, her second of the season. She also recorded three goals in the Blue Raiders' 10-0 win over Shawnee State (Ohio).

Brulhart scored again in the 79th minute to make it 7-0 before Rochaix netted a pair of goals in the final seven minutes of play for the 9-0 win.

Lindsey Wilson finished with a 28-4 shot advantage including a 19-3 shot on goal advantage.

Johanna Henriksson earned the shutout victory in goal, her sixth shutout of the year, making three saves.

The Blue Raiders return to action on Tuesday, Oct. 7 when they host No. 3 Cumberland (Tenn.) in a pivotal MSC matchup at 5 p.m. CT.
