HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- No. 6-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's soccer dropped a 4-0 decision tonight to top-ranked and defending national champion William Carey (Miss.) at Crusader Field.

William Carey (4-0) scored two goals in each half to beat the Blue Raiders for a fifth straight time.

Crusader Ana Paula Santos and Itzayanna Gracia each scored a goal while Yolanda Bonnin scored twice. William Carey finished the game with a 24-6 shots advantage, including 13-5 in shots on goal.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 7, as the Blue Raiders travel to Milligan (Tenn.) in Milligan College, Tennessee.
