Men's Bowling Finishes Ninth at MSC Cincinnati Classic

FAIRFELD, Ohio -- The Lindsey Wilson men's bowling team finished in ninth place of 17 teams at the MSC Cincinnati Classic over the weekend. LWC managed to knock down 8,508 pins across their nine team games.

Dylan Stringer finished in 14th place with 1,837 pins and a 204.1 pin average across his nine games. He bowled a high of 236 during his third game while breaking the 200 mark four times. Jason Womack finished in 20th place with a 197.3 pin average and 1,776 total pins. His game-high of 234 came during his ninth game as he also broke the 200 mark four times.

Peyton Huskey took 58th with 1,567 pins across his nine games. Tanner Goodman bowled seven games for 1,481 pins and Patrick Walker bowled six games for 1,056 pins. Nick Blakey managed the last five games for Lindsey Wilson with 854 pins.

Tennessee Southern won the event with 9,643 pins as Pikeville's (Ky.) Bryce Harper won the event with a 242.7 pin average and 2,184 total pins.

Lindsey Wilson returns to the lanes on Nov. 5-6 when they compete at the Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, Georgia.
