BROOKINGS, S.D. – Austin Campbell of the Lindsey Wilson men's Indoor Track & Field team took part in the final day of the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championship, held at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex.

Campbell took part in the shot put competition to conclude the indoor championships, throwing 14.98 meters to place ninth in his flight and 26th overall in the event.

After today's events, the men's team failed to score a point in the competition while the women gained one to finish 57th overall in the championships out of 62 teams.

This concludes the Indoor Track & Field season for 2022. The outdoor track & field season will begin on March 18th when the teams travel to Lexington, Kentucky for the Transylvania Invite.
