JACKSON, Tenn. - The Lindsey Wilson women's soccer team got down early in the first half and could never find the equalizer, losing the game 1-0 to No. 12-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan.

OKWU Naroa Domenech scored the first goal of her career and the only goal of the contest in the 29th minute.

The Eagles dictated the tempo of the game, setting the pace of play and forcing the Blue Raiders to play catch up for most of the game.

Goalkeeper Maya Caon finished the day with 11 saves, moving her total to 114 saves in her young career. Alicia Thoresen lead all Blue Raiders in shots with 3 in the contest.

Lindsey Wilson was outshot 20-7 while also being outshot on net 12-1.

The Blue Raiders next match is Saturday Sept. 10 at 4 p.m. CT against No. 5-ranked Spring Arbor (Mich.) at Walter S. Reuling Stadium.
