DANVILLE, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's indoor track and field team finished fourth at the Centre Indoor Showcase Saturday.
The Blue Raiders earned one standard and had one win while tallying 73 points to place fourth.
Jozlen Brisbon recorded the lone standard of the day for Lindsey Wilson. In the 60-meter dash prelims, Brisbon recorded the fastest time recording a NAIA B standard finishing in 7.72 seconds. In the finals, she finished fourth with a time of 8.00.
Nikki Ravelli recorded the lone win for the Blue Raiders in the long jump. Ravelli had a jump of 5.23 meters to earn the victory.
Alejandra Recarey finished runner-up in the 800 with a time of 2:31.09 while Alexandra Solis finished right behind her with a time of 2:34.04.
Kaylee Masden finished eighth in 2:41.71.
Olivia Rudder recorded a runner-up finish in the 1,000 finishing in 3:15.58.
Alyssa Sharp (3:31.32) and
Macey Wilson (3:32.27) finished fifth and sixth, respectively.
Alisha Claycomb, Ta'Shya Cramer,
Alexis Hale and
Laura Bellido finished third in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:19.36.
Bellido finished fifth in the 400 with a time of 1:02.06 while Cramer (1:03.01) and Claycomb (1:03.43) finished seventh and eighth, respectively.
Clayra Darnell recorded a seventh-place finish in the mile.
Reagan Cheatham placed third in the shot put with a distance of 10.83 meters and eighth in the weight throw (12.14 meters.).
Destiny Barnes finished fourth in the triple jump (10.41 meters) and eighth in the long jump (4.64 meters).
The Blue Raiders are back in action on Feb. 10 when they return to Centre for the Centre Indoor Invite.
